Jen Beasley, Laser Technician and Safety Officer
Jen is the laser technician, laser safety officer, and founder of New Visage. Jen graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999. She has completed her training with the Laser Training Institute and the National Laser Institute of Scottsdale, AZ. She has earned advanced certifications pertaining to aesthetic laser and the many different modalities offered at New Visage. Jen's 14 years of experience with lasers and skin care will assist you in determining the appropriate treatments to achieve your desired results.
Paula King, Nurse Practitioner
Paula comes to New Visage with a Masters in Nursing from Georgetown University and has been practicing for over 20 years. She is a long-standing member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Paula has completed advanced training with Aesthetic Advancements in Botox® and dermal fillers and has been our skilled nurse injector at New Visage for over ten years. Amelia Capehart, Lead Medical Aesthetician
Amelia Capehart is a North Carolina native who recently moved to Morehead City from the Raleigh area. Her greatest joy is her adorable son and the many blessings he has brought to her life! Amelia has been practicing as a licensed aesthetician since 2006 and has worked under doctors and plastic surgeons in the medical spa setting. Her extensive training and experience have made her a well-versed, caring, and knowledgeable aesthetician. Amelia prides herself in client satisfaction and visible end results with high expectations for healthy skin. She says the biggest reward in doing skin care is the confidence she sees a woman develop when she feels radiant and satisfied with her new skin rejuvenation.
Melissa Kage, Cosmetologist, Cosmetologist Instructor, Laser Technician, Laser Safety Officer
After four years in the cosmetology field, she decided to become an instructor. Along the way, she obtained several certifications, such as: epidermal planing, microdermabrasion, Ultherapy, Cool Sculpting, chemical peels, permanent eyelashes, and consultations for injectables.
After a temporary move to Texas, she took advantage of one of the most elite laser school's in the Nation, National Laser Institute, this led to working at a high-end, busy med spa in Central Texas until her return to North Carolina. As a laser technician, she lives to help people change their lives through thoughtful consultations and educational conversations as she works toward their skin care needs and cosmetic goals. Her main goal is and always has been to make sure that every person she comes in contact with leaves feeling amazing. It's a great feeling to love what she does each and every day!
Linda Navey, Office Manager
Linda is our wonderful office manager and is just ecstatic about being on retirement. She absolutely LOVES the beach, and her secret talent is shag line dancing!
